Shipping

-We always ship for FREE within the USA.

-Hazel Lane ships through USPS.

-Allow up to 5 business days to receive your order.

-You are always welcome to pick up your purchase if you are local (near Covington, LA) and in need the items ASAP. Feel free to contact us at shophazellane@gmail.com.

-Hazel Lane is not responsible for delays in delivery due to the wrong address given at the time of checkout or complications within USPS delivery system once it has been shipped.

We always want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Hazel Lane, but just in case  you don't absolutely love your items our return policies can be found below.

Returns and Exchanges

-We accept returns and exchanges for regular priced clothing/shoes postmarked for return within 7 days from the date you received your order for a full refund. We also must receive the item within 14 days from the day your received the item. If we receive item after the 14 days you will be issued a store credit.

-Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

-Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment.

-Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

-Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s). Items must be returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn and have original stickers. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. 

-No returns or exchanges on Sale items or Holiday items once the holiday has passed.

-All jewelry is final sale and nonrefundable.

-Hazel Lane is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages due to transit.
