Return Policy

Returns and Exchanges

-We accept returns and exchanges for regular priced in stock clothing/shoes postmarked for return within 7 days from the date you received your order for a full refund. We also must receive the item within 14 days from the day the customer received their  item. 

-Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

-Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

-Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s). Items must be returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn and have original stickers. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. 

-Only exchanges or store credit is issued for Sale items.

-No returns for clearance items ($15 or less) or Holiday items once the holiday has passed.

-Pre-order items may only be returned for a store credit or to exchange for a different size.

-All jewelry is final sale and nonrefundable.

-Hazel Lane is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages due to transit.
