Returns & Exchanges

 

We will accept returns within 14 days of delivery date.  We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date with your intent to return to receive a full refund.  Full refunds will not be issued if you are past the 14 day window.  

Any reduced priced item, sale item, jewelry and hat/hair accessories are FINAL SALE. There are no returns on holiday specific items if returned after the holiday has passed.

To start a return, please email us at info@shophazellane.com.  Please include your order number and reason for return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Returns can be sent to 808 Rue Bourdeaux, Covington, LA 70433. 

Following Christmas we accept returns for a store credit only. Customers must contact us no later than the first Monday in January notifying us of a request for return.
