Returns & Exchanges

For online orders that are shipped, we will accept returns if we receive the returned item within 14 days of the delivery date.  We must be notified within 7 days of the delivery date of your intent to return to receive a full refund.  Full refunds will not be issued if we do not receive the item within the 14 day window.  

For orders placed online when local pick up is chosen, we must be notified of your intent to return within 7 days of receiving a notification that your order is ready for pick up. In order to receive a refund the item must be returned within 14 days of receiving a notification that your order is ready for pick up. Full refunds will not be issued if you are past the 14 day window. 

For items purchased in store or at an in person event, we must be notified within 7 days of your intent to return. We will accept returns within 14 days of the purchase date. Full refunds will not be issued if you are past the 14 day window. 

Shoes are able to be returned for store credit only

Any jewelry, bags, belts & other accessories are FINAL SALE items. Also, reduced price or sale items are FINAL SALE. There are no returns on holiday specific items if returned after the holiday has passed.

To start a return, please email us at info@shophazellane.com.  Please include your order number and reason for return.  Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  Returns can be sent to 808 Rue Bourdeaux, Covington, LA 70433. 

Following Christmas, we accept returns of presents for a store credit only. Customers must contact us no later than the first Monday in January notifying us of a request for return.
