Returns & Exchanges

 

-We accept returns and exchanges for regular priced clothing/shoes as long as customer contacts us within 7 days from the deliver date. We also must receive the item back from customer within 14 days from the date the customer originally received the items.

-Online purchases made with any promotional discounts on regular priced items 20% or higher are valid for store credit only.

-Following Christmas we accept returns or exchanges on regular priced items ONLY.  Customers must contact Hazel Lane no later than the first Monday in January notifying us of a request for return. Items must be received within 5 business days following the request for return. 

-Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. 

-Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

-Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s). Items must be returned in new, unaltered, and unused condition, with tags still attached. Shoes must be returned in original box, unworn and have original stickers. Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at customer's expense. 

-All sale items are final sale. (no returns or exchanges)

-All jewelry and hair accessories are final sale and nonrefundable.

-Hazel Lane is not responsible for any lost or damaged return packages due to transit.
